Clearing Your Muddled Mind - Day and Night

People get overwrought thinking about... thinking! The number of times I've been told "I'm a great over-thinker", as if it were something to be proud of, is so far from amazing... because it's normal!

Your mental agility, right here, today, will enable you do and say the right things. Muddled-mindedness will cloud everything today.

But that's only the start of it because, if you don't adopt a mental fitness regime, you're also damaging your longterm mental health.

So, in this episode we veer off the straight and narrow and explore an exercise that enables us review the past! I said review not relive! And the past that I'm talking about is the day in question, reviewed as the day draws to a close.

A highly effective mental exercise for getting a good, deep, cleansing night's sleep sits at the heart of this week's episode. But... it's only part of regime that lasts and must last all day, everyday. Because that's when we live our life.
