How to Believe

I was going to call this episode "Great Expectations" - and, when we delve into the psychology of it all, you'll understand why. But let's cut to the chase: you live and experience your life according to your beliefs. What you believe colours and filters everything.

That means, until we take the piece of equipment between our two ears and remake it, what passes for our life will be coloured, filtered and poisoned by beliefs that hold us back, what we commonly call "self-limiting beliefs".

Because our moment-to-moment experience is dictated by our beliefs, wouldn't it make sense to believe things that we want to believe, beliefs that will move us forward and make our lives effortlessly wonderful?

That's what this episode is all about. Better than that, this episode explains, step-by-step, as the title suggests, how to believe.
