Meditation is practiced to enable us stop thinking, stop judging, stop evaluating and, in the process, free ourselves from the thoughts that facilitate the process of how we, ever so negatively, judge ourselves.

What kind of fool wouldn't bring the clear mind that the have developed through their regular practice of meditation to the cut and thrust of everyday life?

Meditation is practiced to enable us be in and experience flow during the highs and lows, peaks and troughs, rough and tumble of everyday life... that's when it really makes the difference.
