Applied Mindfulness

We're taking one step back in this episode to take a couple of effortless leaps forward!

Yes, we start by clarifying the so-called Law of Attraction - we need to be crystal clear that what's called for is moment-to-moment action, not wishing or wishful thinking!

This episode also further clarifies mindfulness. This is important and, here, we draw a distinction between pure mindfulness (which will not change your life) and, as the title suggests, applied mindfulness.

Or, to put it another way, presence here and now with your purpose in mind. The two moving parts of that (what Online Program Owners know as the fabled "Two-Piece Jigsaw") are explained in practical and applicable terms in this episode.

When the two pieces combine in the here and now (the only place that you can live your life), your life is going to change as a result of your own effortless right action.
