Explaining and Exploring Flow

Even though we explore bullying, parenting, peace of mind and success in this episode, all these things (and your ability to do and achieve effortlessly) all boil down to whether or not you are in Flow.

We could put that in a variety of different ways, all of which will give you, for startes, some insight into what we're talking about in this episode.

Are you clear and present now? Are you enthusiastic right now? Are you motivated? Are you turned on (we talked about this over the last couple of episodes too - and what I actually mean by that)?

This episode explores and explains Flow - what athletes call being "in the zone". I tell you how to develop your innate ability to experience it and we explore how to deepen the experience and maintain it.

After all, once again - I mentioned him last week, we could simply look to one of my Online Program Owners who explains that he's "in Flow most of the time every day".
