Actually, this episode should be entitled "How and Why to Meditate Properly and What to Expect"... because this conversation covers all that and more.

We lay to rest some of the nonsense around meditation - that there's one right way to do it - so many traditions have their "one right way" you could become not just totally confused but disillusioned with the whole notion!

I provide practical tips in how to sit, what to focus on, how long you should meditate for and when to do it.

More importantly, we pick up on this Podcast's previous episode when I alluded to energy. It is what you are - and meditation allows you experience this or, in plain English, to feel it.

All the science in the world - and there's an abundance of it at this stage - will tell you what meditation does for the mind and the very structure of the brain (we cover that too!) but what really matters is what you experience. And this episode is designed to help you do just that.
