How to Just Let Go

This is an episode full of practical tips - quick tips that you can start putting into practice today - that will enable you immediately experience happiness, peace of mind and what one of my Online Program Owners calls "Deep Joy".

I present you with a choice: do you want to be happy or would you prefer worry, anxiety and stress? Do you want to live your life properly, like you mean it, in the moment or do you want to be buried in the world of thought?

No brainers! Or, as we explore, you need to use parts of the brain that nature (evolution) didn't intend that you use!!!!

Enough of that - there are four or five really practical tips in this episode and, perhaps, one tip to which I allude but which we will need to come back to... it relates to whether or not you need goals and objectives. Now... there's a thought!
