The Things We Do to Ourselves

Or, more importantly, the things that we can do for ourselves!

In this episode, by way of introduction, we explore the madness of the normal human condition, as a result of which, we impede ourselves, constrain ourselves, belittle ourselves and, indeed, do ourselves actual physical harm.

But, if you're the problem, you are also the solution. Or, to put it another way, if your thoughts are the problem, stop paying them attention. As simple as that.

Yes, the things that we can do for ourselves are far easier - to the point of effortless - far simpler and far more effective than all the stuff that we automatically and habitually do to ourselves.
