You've got a choice to make and you need to make that choice... now.
The choice is one between life and death - the life you're supposed to be living or the existence that the normal thinking mind creates for you. The choice is binary: mindfulness or mindlessness.
Mindfulness is not a "nice to have" - if you want to change anything in your life you've got to be mindful - because the normal thinking mindless mind is designed to keep you where you are, inside your comfort zone, regardless of how uncomfortable that might actually be.
And mindfulness is not about being all calm and Zen (well it is but that's only the start of it) - it's the difference between experiencing the joy of living, the joy of you and... the same old, same old.
So, you've a choice to make now and now and now. Because you need not just to wake up from the trance state in which your thoughts have you, you need to stay awake.
