Time Off for Good Behaviour!

Or, actually, this episode is about liberating yourself from the prison of created by your own thoughts.

In this episode we explore right and wrong, good and evil and, when you reflect upon it, you will realise that these are choices with which everyday life confronts us. Say the wrong thing and you throw fuel on the fire, do the wrong thing and dig yourself into a bigger hole. Everyday stuff!

But your life is made up of everyday stuff - for better or, if you're using your mind like a normal adult, for worse.

We explore how this works in everyday practice. How you learned the thoughts that create your version of reality. How those thoughts create the mood in which you think you find yourself. How that mood "enables" you automatically select the next thoughts you think and how those thoughts create the mood you're in.

Now do you know why I call people who are using their mind that way "normal crazy people"?

But all that bad stuff is just a precursor to what this episode is all about: how you can buck 1.8m years of evolution and strike out on the everyday adventure that will change your life.
